Hamilton Builders has also long been the premier builder of commercial and private horse ranches including all aspects of the development process ranging from governmental approvals, site development and the construction of the ranch house, guest quarters and barn as well as mare motels, pasturage, corrals and other necessary adjutant facilities for Western, Arabian and Dressage clientele. Several dozen completed ranches range from 2 to 40 acres in size.

Todd Hamilton

Todd got his start in the business working in a title company and doing land acquisition for the Salt River Project. He joined Hamilton Builders in 1991 and possesses an Arizona Real Estate Broker's License and General Contractor's license. Todd is experienced in acquisition and development of projects ranging from 1 to 40 acres in size.
